Robert C. Brears is a water-security and climate-resilience specialist, author, editor, and founder of Our Future Water. He is a member of the UNFCCC Green Climate Fund Roster of Experts – Water and works across water security, climate resilience, nature-based solutions, water finance, green growth, and urban water management.
He is the author of numerous books on water and climate policy, including Financing Water Security and Green Growth, published by Oxford University Press, as well as works published by Wiley, Palgrave Macmillan, Routledge, and De Gruyter. His editorial work includes major international reference and handbook programmes with Palgrave Macmillan, while his work with Cambridge University Press includes The Circular Economy and Liveable Cities.
