Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel through the secure billing portal. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that period ends, and the subscription will not renew.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun. Water Intelligence Brief may provide a refund where required by applicable law or where exceptional circumstances justify one. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
Plan changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Stripe calculates any applicable prorated charge.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date unless otherwise shown during the change process.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Water Intelligence Brief will allow a seven-day payment-recovery period. Access may be suspended if payment is not successfully recovered during that period. Access will be restored after the subscription returns to an active paid status.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
